Each onigiri pom pom ornament is handmade, so the size and shape of the pom pom, as well as the leather piece may differ.

- The onigiri pom itself measures approximately 1.5". The total length of the ornament, including the cord, is 5".

- Pom pom is made with acrylic yarn

- Nori (seaweed) is made of leather

√¢‚Ä“’ Product Care √¢‚Ä“¬ê

- To keep your pom pom nice and fluffy, please don't squeeze or pull on it.

- Pom poms may require a little care with time: if needed, gently reshape the pom pom with your fingers and push wayward yarns back in place. Then use sharp fabric scissors to trim any excess yarn so the pom shape is uniform.

Shipping

It typically takes 2-7 business days to ship out orders. We ship via USPS or UPS.

Once shipped, transit times can range from 1 -10 business days, depending on which shipping method is selected at checkout. 

The # of business days listed at checkout is only an ESTIMATE for arrival AFTER it's been packed and shipped by our team and is not guaranteed. Please note Monday-Friday are standard business days.

Tracking information will be provided via email when the order ships. Keep in mind that the shipping carrier may have delays processing shipments. This is out of our business's control.

NOTE: The store is closed for Winter Break from late December to mid-January. All orders placed during that window will be processed upon our return from Winter Break.

Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. No cash or card refunds. All sale items are final.

Please note: we do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for online returns. The cost of shipping items back to us will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. Items must arrive safely back to us before store credit is granted.
